You take a deep breath – no rush, no noise, just peace, nature, and you. Welcome to Kvarnviks Gård, our lovingly restored farmhouse in beautiful Skåne, just 2.5 kilometers from the Baltic Sea.
Here, rural charm meets modern comfort in a truly special way. Our spacious holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a carefully converted old stable – a place full of history that now offers a bright, stylish, and cozy home away from home. With around 60 square meters of space, it’s ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a break from the everyday.
Holiday Apartment in Skåne – Comfort and Style
The apartment features two bedrooms: the main bedroom comes with a comfy queen-size bed, blackout curtains, a spacious wardrobe, and a lovely dresser – thoughtfully decorated with warm, personal touches. The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined together on request – perfect for kids or friends. This room also includes blackout curtains and storage space.
In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa, a relaxing rocking chair, and a TV – perfect for quiet evenings after a day at the beach or a bike ride through the countryside. The entire apartment – and the whole farm, by the way – is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, so you’re always connected if you want to be.
Cook Like at Home – or Better
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a festive dinner: coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans – you can even create a multi-course meal here. The large dining table is perfect for relaxed meals together.
The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower and toilet. For those staying longer or traveling with children, there’s a washing machine and dryer in the house that can be used for a small fee.
Private Terrace with a View
The apartment includes its own sunny, south-facing terrace – the perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the fields, a glass of wine in the evening, or a good book in the afternoon sun. Here, you can truly feel close to nature.

Kvarnviks Gård is a lively place. Children can have fun on the playground, get creative in the kids’ area, or play a round of foosball. There’s table tennis, lots of space to run around, quiet corners to relax, and plenty to discover for days of enjoyment.
And when you’re ready to explore: the Baltic Sea is just a short bike ride away. The path winds through fields and small woodlands down to the beach – perfect for a refreshing morning jog, a family beach day, or a sunset stroll. In the area, you’ll find small farm shops, charming cafés, cozy villages, and even local vineyards where you can taste and unwind.
