ROKA Äpplemust from Lilla Rokaboda Hantverksmusteri
Behind our special ROKA juices lies true craftsmanship – and a passion project. In the small village of Fårarp in northeastern Skåne, Roger and Katharina Dehlén founded their “Lilla Rokaboda Hantverksmusteri” in 2021. Since then, they’ve been producing high-quality apple and fruit juices with loving care – entirely by hand, without industrial machinery or additives. Just cold-pressed fruit, handled with attention, passion, and full flavour.
Their juices carry poetic names like HÖST (Autumn), SOMMAR (Summer) or VÅRBRIS (Spring Breeze) – inspired by the seasons and their unique ingredients. The autumn blend HÖST is packed with the full flavour of Cox Orange and Ingrid Marie apples, while SOMMAR, made with apple, strawberry, and lemon, is a true summer delight. VÅRBRIS combines fresh apple and lemon notes for a light and zesty taste.
What we love about ROKA is not only the unique flavour and quality, but also the values behind it: transparency, local sourcing, and the conscious choice to create an honest, natural product. That’s why we’re proud to offer the juices from Lilla Rokaboda in our farm shop – either pure or as a base for one of our seasonal house drinks.
